Place Alerts (“the App”) is operated by Desert Brick Software LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Desert Brick Software LLC.
By installing or using Place Alerts (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Place Alerts is a location-based reminder application that allows users to attach notes to physical locations and receive notifications when entering defined areas.
All data is stored locally on the user’s device. The App does not provide cloud storage, accounts, or guaranteed delivery of notifications.

The App is not intended for critical, safety-related, medical, legal, or time-sensitive obligations. You agree not to rely on the App for any situation where failure could result in harm, loss, or damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Desert Brick Software LLC for any claim related to the App shall not exceed:
